WGV Outdoor Intelligence

by Josh Race

Most of us who live in World Golf Village didn’t arrive here thinking about irrigation zones or fungus cycles. We weren't asking why our grass turns a different color on Monday than it did on Friday. We came for the homes, the neighborhoods, the schools, the quiet, the trees, the water — the life.

But at some point we all hit the same moment:
our yard, our beds, our irrigation, our curb appeal…
they turn into an expensive guessing game.

AI serves up nonsense that doesn't apply here.
YouTube gives advice meant for California.
We talk to neighbors who are guessing too.
Then we pay for services that charge premium prices for generic treatments.

Eventually you realize the pattern:
the information out there isn’t built for us.
And the more local you look, the less clear everything becomes.

That’s when I started collecting what actually works, right here — in our micro-climate, our soil, our lawns, our neighborhoods. I kept notes, ran experiments, talked to homeowners, and learned what the spray companies don’t tell you, what the stores won’t say, and what really matters long-term.

Over time, that turned into something more:
an intelligence brief for homeowners who want clarity, control, confidence.

Not a course.
Not a landscaping business.
Not another garden blog.

Just the intel you need to direct your outdoor projects.

Clear steps.
Local truth.
No wasted money.
No guesswork.
No jargon.

WGV Outdoor Intelligence exists for one reason:
to give homeowners in 32092 the advantage.
The knowledge to take care of your own yard.
The clarity to stop wasting Saturdays.
The confidence to know exactly what to do next.
And the satisfaction of making your home look the way you envisioned it.

You don’t need to become a landscaper.
You just need the right intel — at the right time — tailored to where we live.

Welcome to the mission.

Let’s run it well.
